The Wheel es una canción del grupo americano Edie Brickell and New Bohemians. Aparece en su álbum debut de 1988 Shooting Rubberbands at the Stars que en Estados Unidos fue dos veces disco platino.

Compuesta por Edie Brickell, Kenny Withrow, Brad Houser, Brandon Aly y John Bush, The Wheel (La rueda), cuenta la historia de una persona en una realidad alternativa parecida a la nuestra. El tema cuenta con una introducción con guitarra de Kenny Withrow.
